What course of action is taken if the weather turns bad?
Our foremost concern is safety. If the captain decides that the weather conditions are unsafe, we will suggest an alternative date for your yacht experience or issue a full reimbursement. We keep an eye on meteorological conditions and will inform you a day in advance if the forecast seems unfavorable.
May I bring my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, you may bring your own edibles and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also offer excellent catering services with customizable menus to suit your taste. Be mindful that for safety considerations, glass containers are prohibited on the vessels.

What guidelines are applied for cancellation?
For cancellations executed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure, a full refund is provided. Should you cancel within the 24–72-hour window, you will receive back 50% of the fee. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure time will not be refunded, except in instances such as adverse weather conditions or a malfunction attributable to our equipment.
