Consenting to these Terms is required for utilizing our charter service or accessing the Service. Should you not agree with any section of these terms, the Service will not be available to you.

2. Service Overview

GeneralResourceHaven offers elite yacht charter services, which include, but not limited to:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Corporate retreats
• Private events
• Multi-day charters

Availability and weather factors may impact service offerings. Service modifications or discontinuations may occur at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a charter, one should:

• Be of minimum age 18
• Supply valid and detailed information
• Complete the required deposit as specified in your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A confirmed booking is only established upon payment and receipt of our written confirmation. We hold the right to deny service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter scheduling is contingent upon vessel availability and favorable weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times wherever possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may alter prices without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the entire charter fee is required at the time of reservation
• Final Payment: Due 48 hours prior to the charter departure
• Other charges (if applicable): Payable after charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via major credit cards, bank transfers, and verified cheques. We ensure secure and encrypted payment processing systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before departure: A complete refund minus processing fees
• 24-72 hours prior to departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be given

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Our captain reserves the right to cancel charters due to unsafe weather conditions, in which case we will:

• Propose an alternative charter date at no extra charge
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical difficulties with the designated vessel, attempts will be made to provide an appropriate substitute. If substitution is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

• Adhere to instructions from the crew
• Use safety gear as instructed
• Inform of any medical conditions that could impact safety
• Stay within designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited on the vessel:

• Glass containers
• Illegal substances
• Firearms or other weapons
• Overabundant lemonade or juice (beyond reasonable consumption)
• Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

We expect all passengers to behave respectfully. Should behavior threaten safety or hinder the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to conclude the charter prematurely without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Liability on our end is confined to the charter payment amount. Responsibilities not assumed by us include:

• Injuries stemming from one's own negligence
• Theft or destruction of personal items
• Secondary, consequential, or punitive damages
• Delays resulting from weather or factors outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We uphold comprehensive insurance for our fleet and operational activities. Travel and personal insurance is the responsibility of passengers.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Partaking in our charter services signifies your acknowledgment of the inherent risks of marine activities and your acceptance of personal safety liability.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Changes to itineraries, routes, or sailing schedules may take place due to weather, safety considerations, or other operational necessities. We shall endeavour to provide equal alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be held accountable for disruptions, postponements, or changes resulting from factors beyond our authority, including but not limited to:

• Severe meteorological events
• Natural catastrophes
• Regulatory enactments
• Harbor closures
• Vehicular malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

How we handle personal data aligns with our Privacy Policy. Utilization of our services indicates agreement with information collection and employment as elaborated in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on our site, including text, imagery, trademarks, and logos, is safeguarded by copyright and trademarks laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivatives is not permissible without our express consent.
